A commission I did for a friend who goes by the alt Alexander Richards on Furcadia. This depicts the event of his child's murder (the character's child, not the RL person )
I'd have to say thank god for the blood splatter custom brush I found O.o
Blood splatter brush? 0.o Found? You must enlighten us with this information. Other than that, I must say your art seems to get better every time i see it. Keep up that talent!
Yes yes, the internet is full of Photoshop custom brushes made by wonderful people The "blood splatter" brush is such one. I also found a really nice cloud one that makes clouds (like, makes them look real) Only thing is I need something to unzip sit files (as I don't have a Mac).
Huh, huh? Did I heared custom brushes? Where, where? I love 'em, even I have the feeling that my colloring is like a collage when I use them. ^^
I'm amased once again what colored lines are able to do. They let your images look so cool.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More
